Methodology

Operator-grade means we optimize for payback and waste avoidance — not hype, demo magic, or vanity metrics.

What we score

  1. Public pricing — list prices from vendor pages, dated (e.g. September 2026). If a figure is uncertain or the page changed, we say so.
  2. Pays for itself when… — a concrete condition (hours saved, tools replaced, or revenue at risk).
  3. Skip if… — honest exit criteria so you do not buy shelfware.
  4. Seat and credit traps — extra users, expiring credits, annual lock-in.
  5. Stack fit — whether it replaces something you already pay for, or stacks on top.

What we do not do

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links use /go/<slug> placeholders until affiliate programs approve this property. Commissions never change the “skip if” advice. See disclosure.

Updates

Pricing sections are labeled with a check month. Vendors change plans often — always confirm on the vendor site before you buy.

Some links may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.
