Refund policy

Ops AI Stack spreadsheet ($29)

Because this is a digital download, refunds are limited. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the file (for example, you could not open it, or delivery failed). If you have already adapted the sheet for ongoing work, we may decline a refund.

Ops AI Stack audit ($99)

If we do not deliver the written audit after a completed intake and payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the written memo is delivered, the fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if we agree a material error needs a redo.

How to request

Email hello@aiproduct.reviews with your order email, approximate purchase date, and reason. Stripe-processed refunds typically return to the original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a dispute so we can fix delivery issues quickly.
