Payback math (ops lens)
Hours returned per week is the metric — same math as Fireflies. One recovered decision can clear Pro; unread transcripts never will. Write the keep/cut/wait leaning with a cancel-by date before you click annual billing.
Pays for itself when…
- Recurring meetings routinely lose action items, owners, or decisions
- You do not already pay for Fireflies (or similar) covering the same calls
- Someone will actually search and act on transcripts within a week
